Church of St Giuseppe

Built on the site of some medieval houses, it served as the oratory of the Carpenters’ Guild, one of the important medieval Corporations of Arts and Crafts which contributed to Gubbio’s grandeur and which has continued to be active over time. Its single-nave interior is decorated with an original series of elegant stuccoes and contains some interesting altar-pieces. Next door is the headquarters of the Corporation in a well-preserved building that features all the characteristics of a typical 14th century Gubbio residence.
