Exhibition of White Truffle
Exhibitors from all over Italy gather in Gubbio Show Truffle of most of the food specialties of the Italian territory.
During the feast of All Saints in Gubbio is held for about thirty years, the National Exhibition of Traditional White Truffle and agro products. The annual fair is an important opportunity to appreciate the quality of the local white truffles and typical national products and admire the craftsmanship of the district. Not only local but exhibitors from all over Italy offering products typical of their region of origin of the truffle gathering in Show most gastronomic specialties of the Italian territory. Despite the multiplicity of local products, the protagonist of the show is undoubtedly the nose, especially the white one, and its derived products such as sauces, cheeses, oils, sauces, creams, honey, sliced oil, polenta, schnapps and bitters, in short the nose is used in manners and different shapes to suit the tastes of the majority of customers.
